What is the difference between riding western and texas?
Going to Mexico in April and definitely want to experience riding anything other than english for a change. I am currently on a website ‘Hacienda Andalucia’ where you get the choice of riding english western or texas.
Quote = . Horses of great quality, with three chairs to choose: English, Texas and Western.
If you can help that would be great, if i am talking complete rubbish, i apologise. 
Thanks all, currently in UK so i dont know much of Western/Texas. I had heard of Western but not Texas.
I am also curious as to how ill find riding western/texas instead of english? I understand different saddles, you don’t rise when trotting, how else is it different? I am really looking forward to trying this, i think it will be a great experience!
From what i have been able to find out.
Texas and western style riding is the same just the style of saddle is different, but they are still very similar.
I think that is what they are meaning when they say chairs.
